Digging the atmosphere! If the banner is meant to have a lot of links and overlays on the right side, having all the detail on the left makes sense, but for it to stand on its own, I'd either crop it in or move things around. The figures in perspective would have to be kneeling or sitting in the alley to come up to that height, so moving them up and to the right would make a good balance for a standalone piece.
